Baking Emporium Ltd
 Located just outside Dunmanway, Baking Emporium Ltd have been supplying customers with fine confectionery since 1993. With quality and selection a priority, the Emporium's product range stretches from classic cheesecakes to more specialised wedding cakes.
Since its inception, the business has grown dramatically: new machinery has been purchased, facilities have been updated and hygiene standards (HACCP) implemented. At the moment, the company are developing a new line of business: authentic continental breads. The business has received help from the West Cork Enterprise Board and is linked to the Fuchsia Brands Ltd. in Bandon.
Products and Services at Baking Emporium Ltd include:
Gateaux
Baked the traditional way, all sponges are made with fresh eggs, flour and sugar. All gateaux have a baked base to soak up fluids from jam, cream or fruits.
Savouries
Customers can choose from two varieties of quiches: one with ham, courgette, peppers and tomatoes. The other, a vegetarian option. Alternative fillings are available on request.
Wedding Cakes
Every wedding cake should be special, which is why Baking Emporium Ltd do not produce for the shelf. Individual requirements are happily catered for, alongside any advice customers may need.
Breads
The company have plans to develop this side of the business and have recently invited a German baker to Ireland to work with them on a new line of products. These new additions will adhere to the authentic tradition of bread making.
Outdoor Catering
Whatever your catering occasion, Baking Emporium Ltd will take care of your confectionery requirements. Staff at the Emporium are happy to work with clients in choosing exactly the right selection for a given event.
